The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise indicated in a special promotion or offer.

  • Standard shipping costs: Calculated based on location and weight of the order.

  • International shipping: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Kyraz.

3. Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is received, we will begin processing it. Processing time may vary depending on the type of product:

  • Ready-made products: Shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Custom-made and personalized products: Require a longer processing time, ranging from 3 to 30 days, depending on the design and availability of materials. The estimated delivery time will be communicated when you place your order.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Within the Netherlands: 1-3 business days.

  • Within Europe: 3-7 business days.

  • International (outside Europe): 5-14 business days, depending on the destination and any customs procedures.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

5. Shipping Methods

Kyraz partners with reliable courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. The following couriers are typically used, depending on your location:

  • Within the Netherlands: PostNL, DPD

  • Within Europe and internationally: DHL, UPS, and DPD

6. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your order and check the estimated delivery time. If you have not received tracking information or have questions about your shipment, please contact us at info@kyraz.nl.

7. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not covered by Kyraz and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

8. Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct. If there is an error in the address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kyraz.nl. We will do our best to correct the address before the order is shipped.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.

9. Unclaimed Packages

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to Kyraz by the courier service because it was not claimed by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the customer chooses not to have the package resent, the cost of the product minus the original shipping costs will be refunded.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure your package is delivered safely, there may be rare cases where errors occur during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@kyraz.nl. We will work with the courier service to find a solution, such as reshipping the product or providing a refund, depending on the situation.

11. Delays

Kyraz is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays or weather conditions. However, if there are significant delays, you can contact us, and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
